Admission Instruction

PUC -Admission Procedure

• Duly filled in application for admission should reach the Principal on or before the specified date.
• No application will be considered unless accompanied by copies of the Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended, the statement of marks obtained in the last examination.
• Only copies of the certificates should be attached and the originals should be produced at the time of admission.
• Migration Certificate should be submitted along with the application in case of students coming from other educational boards.
• The languages chosen must be the same as those languages studied at the previous qualifying examination passed by the candidate. Our College offers Kannada, English, and Hindi languages.
• Candidates selected for admission while paying the prescribed fees should also submit the originals of the Transfer Certificate, the statement of marks on or before the dates notified. Should compulsorily meet the Principal at the time of admission after getting his consent.
• All admissions are provisional and are subject to the approval of the Pre-University Education Board Rules of Discipline.

  1. Visit the official website of Sambhram Pre University College.
  2. Navigate to the “Apply Now” section and click on the “Apply Now” button.
  3. Fill out the online application form with accurate and relevant information.
  4. Upload the required documents, such as previous academic records, and passport-sized photographs, as per the specified guidelines.
  5. Review the filled form for any errors or omissions before submitting it.
  6. Once the application is successfully submitted and the payment is confirmed, you will receive an acknowledgement.
  1. Visit the Sambhram Pre University College, office, during the specified admission period.
  2. Collect the admission application form from the college.
  3. Carefully fill out the application form with all the required details and ensure that it is complete and accurate.
  4. Attach the necessary documents, such as the, academic records, photographs, as per the instructions provided with the form.
  5. Submit the completed application form along with the required documents to the college office.
  6. Obtain an acknowledgement or receipt for the submission of the application.
